roughly I would said I trained on these.
lvl3-20=chickens
lvl20-40=goblins
lvl40-60=gaurds
lvl60+=anything that auto attacks and is a low lvl
I trained most of my stats in f2p so my options were limited but I found training against something half my current combat lvl or less is the best outcome. You have to remember training against high lvl npc when your a low lvl is the worst thing if you want to power train because.
A) You take longer to hit the higher lvl npc
B) They do more damage to you, so you lose food more quickly, in turn slowing down your training.
after you finally get to a decent lvl where you can stand monsters that auto attack you. Training is all about just staying online and searching the internet. Some spots I would recommend is the wild and stronghold. All you need to do is park him there and move him every 10 mins while your surfing the internet.
Some suggestions are:
-goto a video site like youtube, theres endless videos there that will keep you entertained for hours and I heard theres a pretty funny guy on there his page is www.youtube.com/MrISIB
-check email
-community sites (myspace, facebook etc.)
-Find blog sites like this!
I got most of my 99's in the stronghold I found it was the best place as there wasn't a lot of other players parking their account there and there was different levels for weaker and stronger monsters so I didn't have to look far if I just wanted to change things up.
One thing you have to remember about training is it will always be boring no matter what you do, all you have to do is remember why you are putting in the time to train your pker. To PWN noobs! So get out of here and make your pker!
